A pass belongs to a paper. A Paper 1 pass opens Paper 1; a Commerce pass opens Commerce; the combined pass opens both.
Seven days to change your mind.
Every paid pass carries a full, no-questions-asked refund for seven days. Email support@jrfsmart.com, tell us you want your money back, and you get 100% of it returned to the account you paid from. Your progress is kept either way.
The things students actually ask.
Will money be deducted automatically later?
No. There is no subscription and no mandate on your card or UPI. You pay once, your access runs to a fixed date, and then it simply stops.
Do you store my card details?
Never. Payment happens on our gateway’s own secure page. We receive a transaction reference and the amount, nothing else.
What happens when my pass expires?
Premium questions lock again and you drop back to the free topics. Your account, history, scores and mistakes are all kept, so a later purchase picks up exactly where you stopped.
Which one should I buy?
Buy the paper you are sitting. If you are a Commerce candidate you need both Paper 1 and Commerce, and the combined pass costs less than the two separately.
I paid but I do not have access yet.
Confirmation from the gateway can take a few minutes; your access appears automatically. If it has not after 30 minutes, email us with your transaction reference and we will fix it the same day.
Can I pay by UPI?
Yes — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are all accepted through our payment gateway.
